These are automatically logged into the campaign database and all communication is able to be tracked and reported.

This means that you are able to log in to your promotion and view any communication relating to a specific registrant at any time and be sure of the most up to date information.

The status of the registration is regularly updated on the system and all relevant information of every record  is maintained.

You are then able to simply log in to view all details and updates against any record or run standard status reports.

The registrants are included as well with automated email notifications which are sent out to them with every milestone, such as receipt of entry, validation of entry and despatch of payment or goods.
